Terms of use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern the use of OpenMasu: the web application, its public forms, its API and its MCP server, the desktop app and this website. They are offered by AI Services LLC (99 Wall Street #2351, New York, NY 10005, USA; [email protected]). By creating an account you accept them; if you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What OpenMasu is
OpenMasu is an application for organizing a team’s work in tables that link to each other, with views (grid, kanban, calendar and others), real-time changes, forms, an API and an MCP server so your AI assistants can work with your data.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give us a valid email address.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account, for keeping your password secure and for the API tokens you create.
- If you use OpenMasu on behalf of a company, you represent that you are able to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Workspaces and team
Each workspace has an owner, who decides who joins and with which role (owner, editor or viewer) and who subscribes to the plan. The owner is responsible for what the people they invite do.
4. Your content
What you store in OpenMasu is yours. You give us the limited authorization needed to store it, copy it into backups, send it to the people and applications you give access to and display it, for the sole purpose of providing the service to you, as explained in the Privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to store that content and for complying with data protection law when you store other people’s data.
5. Public forms
If you publish a form with a link, anyone who has the link can send you data. You are responsible for what you ask, for informing whoever fills it in how you will process their data, and for not using forms to deceive or to collect passwords, card details or other data you do not need.
6. API, MCP and AI assistants
- You can connect applications and AI assistants to your data with personal tokens or with OAuth. They act with your permissions and within the scope you choose: what they do on your behalf, you do.
- AI assistants can make mistakes. Review what matters; every change is kept in the history and you can undo your own.
- Those applications and their providers are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for what they do with the data you let them read.
- Respect the API usage limits; we may throttle or block access that puts the service at risk.
7. Plans, prices and payment
- There is a Free plan with limits and paid plans with higher limits. Current plans, limits and prices are on the pricing page; applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
- Paid plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing › Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; until then you keep the plan. We do not refund partial periods, except as provided in the next point or where the law requires it.
- Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of subscribing by writing to [email protected]. Since the service starts as soon as you pay, at your request, we will refund the amount paid minus the part proportional to the time you have used it.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a few days. If it is not resolved, your account will move to the Free plan.
- If we change the price of a plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and the change will apply at your next renewal; you can cancel before then.
- If your data exceeds your plan’s limits (for example, when moving to the Free plan), nothing is deleted: you can keep viewing and editing it, but you cannot create more until you are back within the limit or change plans.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use OpenMasu to:
- break the law or infringe other people’s rights, including their privacy and intellectual property;
- store or distribute illegal content, malware or spam;
- collect people’s data without a legal basis or deceive them with forms;
- access third-party accounts or data without authorization;
- try to get around your plan or usage limits, or attack, overload or reverse engineer the service.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, notifying you when possible.
9. Intellectual property
OpenMasu, its design, its software and this website belong to AI Services LLC or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while you have an account. Third-party trademarks that appear in the service belong to their owners.
10. Availability, backups and changes to the service
We work to keep OpenMasu running at all times and make daily backups, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control. Backups are for restoring the service, not for recovering on request changes you made yourself. We may improve, change or remove features; if we discontinue the entire service, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice so you can take your data with you, and we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
11. Termination
You can stop using OpenMasu whenever you want. To delete your account with all its content, email [email protected] from your account address; if you own workspaces shared with other people, we will first help you transfer ownership to one of them. If we close your account for breaching these terms, we will give you the opportunity to take your data with you unless the law prevents it.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AI Services LLC is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits, and its total liability to you is limited to what you have paid for OpenMasu in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing above limits the rights that consumer protection law grants you, nor our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel your plan and stop using the service.
14. Governing law
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, Spanish law applies and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence; you may go to the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the laws of the State of New York apply and its courts have jurisdiction.
