Courses, students and sessions in one base your whole staff shares.
Keep courses, cohorts, enrolments and grant projects as linked tables. Enquiries arrive through a public form, sessions sit on a calendar, and roles decide who can edit student data, hosted in the EU.
- Public enrolment form that creates records live
- Calendar and timeline views for sessions and terms
- Viewer and commenter roles for read-only staff

Everyday workflows
Enquiries and enrolments from one public form
Share a public form on your website. Each submission lands in «Enrolments» as a new record with name, email and the course picked from a single select. Admissions works a kanban by «Status», dragging cards from New enquiry to Enrolled, and links each student to their cohort.
Cohorts linked to courses, seats counted at a glance
«Courses» holds the syllabus and price; «Cohorts» links to a course and has «Start», «End» and «Capacity». Group the enrolments grid by cohort and the summary bar counts students per group, so you see which cohorts are full before you send another offer.
Session schedule on a shared calendar
A «Sessions» table with a date and time, room and teacher (a single select of names) feeds a week calendar. Drag a class to another day when a room changes and every colleague with the base open sees it instantly. A timeline of cohorts shows how terms overlap.
Grants and projects with deadlines that flag themselves
Track each grant with «Funder», «Amount», «Spent» and «Report due». A formula {Amount} - {Spent} shows what is left, and IF(IS_BEFORE({Report due}, TODAY()), "Overdue", "") marks late reports. A view filtered «Status is not Closed» sorted by due date is your weekly check.
Careful with student data
Give teachers the commenter role so they can read records and leave notes with @mentions without editing them; give office staff editor. Every record keeps a field-by-field change history, and the data lives on servers in Germany, in the EU.

Your agent over MCP
Connect your own agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor) over MCP. It can build the base, tidy enrolments and answer questions about cohorts, acting with your token's permissions; its edits appear live and are marked in history.
