Plan every campaign in one place, from brief to published post.
Keep campaigns, posts and incoming requests in one base. Your team sees the content calendar update live, other teams send briefs through a public form, and every post links back to the campaign it belongs to.
- Calendar view of every post, drag to reschedule
- Public request form that creates records live
- Campaigns linked to their posts, both ways

| Launch day newsletter | Mar 10 | Spring launch | Maya | Drafting | |
| Customer Q&A clip | Mar 12 | Brand story | Sam | Idea | |

Everyday workflows
A content calendar everyone can see
Each post is a record with a «Publish date», «Channel» and «Status». A calendar view shows the month at a glance, and dragging a card to another day changes its date for the whole team in real time. A second view filtered to «Status is not Published» keeps the backlog honest.
Requests that arrive as records
Share a public form with sales, product or anyone who needs a flyer, a post or a landing page. Each answer lands in «Requests» as a new record, live. Triage it in a kanban by status, comment on the record and @mention whoever takes it.
Campaigns linked to their posts
«Campaigns» holds the brief, dates, budget and goal. Each post links to its campaign, and the campaign gets the inverse field automatically, so opening a campaign lists every post in it. Group the content grid by campaign to review a launch end to end.
Budget at a glance
Add «Budget» and «Spent» as currency fields on each campaign and a formula {Budget} - {Spent} for what's left. The summary bar re-totals whatever the current filter shows, such as this quarter's campaigns only, so you always know where the money went.
