A sales pipeline your whole team can move, live.

Track deals on a kanban by stage, linked to the companies and contacts behind them. A formula gives each deal its weighted value, and your Stripe customers, subscriptions and invoices sync into a base right next to it.

Everyday workflows

The pipeline as a kanban

Each deal is a record with a «Stage» single select: Discovery, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost. The kanban stacks cards by stage, and dragging one to the next column updates it for everyone in real time. A view filtered to «Stage is not Won or Lost» is your open pipeline.

Deals, companies and contacts, linked

Link each deal to its company and to the contacts involved. Links are two-way, so a company record lists all its deals and people without extra work. Log the last call in a comment and @mention a teammate who needs to follow up.

Forecast with a weighted value

Add «Amount» as currency, «Probability» as percent and a formula {Amount} * {Probability}. Group the grid by «Expected close» month, and the summary bar re-totals amount and weighted value for exactly the deals you see on screen.

Stripe billing next to your deals

Connect Stripe and OpenMasu creates a separate base with Customers, Payments, Invoices, Subscriptions and Products, refreshed every 15 minutes. It is read-only toward Stripe. Add your own fields, like an account owner or renewal notes, and the sync never touches them.

Stale deals, caught early

Add a «Last contact» date and a formula DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(), {Last contact}, 'days'). Sort open deals by it, or filter to anything over 30 days, and you have the list for Monday's pipeline review before anyone asks for it.
